How to tell if you’re experiencing a dental emergency

You can define a dental emergency as any condition that is causing you pain, distress or loss of function, or if your problem has the potential to worsen if it’s left untreated. And while there are varying types of emergency dental conditions, from toothache to cosmetic issues, it’s important to note that not every emergency involves being in pain, for example, if a veneer has fallen out.

It’s our best advice that if you feel there’s a disruption to your day-to-day because of your issue that you book a dental appointment instantly to prevent the problem from getting worse or to relieve yourself of the stress and pain.

However, with that being said, if you’re experiencing any level of toothache, infection or the structure of your tooth is damaged, it is best to seek dental help from a professional as soon as possible.

The clinic is a really lovely place to visit - it is extremely clean and all of the staff are very friendly. They were kind and reassuring all the way through my Invisalign treatment - as well as having amazing technology at their disposal.
