All-inclusive dental implant fee:
Target and replace several missing adjacent teeth. At Mint Dental in London, we use dental implants to securely anchor life-like prosthetic teeth for life.
Do you have multiple gaps in your mouth? Have you lost teeth in random areas, or are they all missing in a row?
Patients can save money for teeth missing in a row by using one or two implants to replace up to three teeth.
Dental implants are a long-lasting, stable, and durable solution to replace multiple missing teeth and offer the best comfort, chewing, and aesthetics out of all other tooth replacement options.
Dental implants promote healthy bone and gums, unlike dentures or bridges.
Multiple dental implants use titanium screws acting like artificial tooth roots to replace adjacent missing teeth. The benefit of numerous tooth implants is that they replace teeth without requiring support from adjacent natural teeth, as seen with bridgework.
Individual implants can be placed separately (one for each missing tooth), or we can combine two or more implants for multiple missing teeth patients on a budget.
If you are missing two teeth sitting next to each other, we can place two dental implants separately or use one to anchor a bridge.
Not everyone is ready straight away to get dental implants. The problem with missing teeth is that once you’ve ignored them for some time (even if you have dentures), the bone is not supported and will begin to deplete. And as dental implants require a solid foundation to fix, if you have insufficient bone, you won’t immediately be a candidate for conventional dental implant treatment.
But first, you might need a pre-implant procedure called a bone graft and sinus lift surgery to make extra room in complex cases. Conditions like gum disease and tooth decay might also impact your ability to receive multiple implants immediately.
However, with a gum specialist on site, there are multiple treatments we can apply to help you become a viable candidate.
Patients can avoid additional procedures by opting for innovative procedures like ‘Teeth in a Day’, which do not require sufficient bone and have been hailed as the “amazing graftless full arch solution”.
However, our implant dentist, Dr Rohit Patel, will advise what will be best for your condition and oral state during your consultation.
Multiple implant placement is similar to single implants; the multiple replacement process will see our implant dentist position several titanium screws into your jawbone so that they can act like the root of a natural tooth.
After a period of healing (usually three or so months), when the implant has had enough time to bond successfully with the jawbone, we can complete the restoration with a crown or dental bridge.

Here at Mint Dental, we advise on the best solution but allow you to make a well-informed decision on which treatment you would like to receive.
In our professional opinion, dental implants will be the best long-term strategy. However, if budget is your concern, we can combine specific procedures with implants to make them more affordable.
For example, our implant dentist can use a minimum number of dental implants in combination with traditional tooth replacement methods like bridges to provide a more stable yet cost-effective outcome.
