Not everyone is ready straight away to get dental implants. The problem with missing teeth is that once you’ve ignored them for some time (even if you have dentures), the bone is not supported and will begin to deplete. And as dental implants require a solid foundation to fix, if you have insufficient bone, you won’t immediately be a candidate for conventional dental implant treatment.
But first, you might need a pre-implant procedure called a bone graft and sinus lift surgery to make extra room in complex cases. Conditions like gum disease and tooth decay might also impact your ability to receive multiple implants immediately.

The Implant Process (From Start To Finish)
Multiple implant placement is similar to single implants; the multiple replacement process will see our implant dentist position several titanium screws into your jawbone so that they can act like the root of a natural tooth.
After a period of healing (usually three or so months), when the implant has had enough time to bond successfully with the jawbone, we can complete the restoration with a crown or dental bridge.

- Step 1: Consultation, examination and planning
- Step 2: Preparation of the implant site and placement of the dental implant
- Step 3: Final restoration, where the patient is fitted with a crown or a bridge
Prices for a single tooth implant begin from £2,950. However, please remember that prices will reflect your condition and needs. We will provide you with a realistic quote following your consultation, either with one of our regular dentists (free) or a specialist implant dentist (charged at £75).
