If you choose to have veneers, your dentist will begin by shaving off a tiny amount of enamel from the front surface of your teeth (this sometimes is not required). This procedure helps the veneers to bond to the teeth and ensures they won’t feel overly bulky in your mouth.
Once your teeth are ready for fitting, your dentist will fix your veneers to the front of your teeth with a special adhesive. They will check the veneers to ensure a perfect fit before curing the adhesive, finalising the process.
